About

Summit West Ski Patrol, also known as Snoqualmie Pass Volunteer Ski Patrol (SPVSP), has been around since 1938, since the earliest days of the ski area opening.

As Snoqualmie Pass has changed and evolved into the unified ski area we know today, the patrol at Summit West has grown with it and has remained steadfast in its mission of serving the public with emergency rescue, care, and transport.

Unified by their shared mission and appreciation for the mountains, the patrol is made up a group of people from various backgrounds and walks of life who work together every winter to assist the public.
